This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate individual to manage an established and successful Swim School.

Reporting to the Aquatic Centre Manager, you will lead all aspects of the day to day management of the Swim School programme ensuring a positive impact for the Rotorua community. This role is a senior position at the Aquatic Centre and requires hands on experience in the management, growth and efficient running of the Learn to Swim programme. You will be responsible for the management of 20-25 learn to swim instructors, so will be skilled at drawing the best from those you lead.

The right candidate must have a high level of business acumen, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop, lead and manage a busy Learn to Swim School. You will be a high achiever who is passionate about adding value and competent working with a diverse range of people.

To be considered for this role you will need to show a track record of success leading or developing swimming programmes, have staff management experience and be an individual who is highly motivated and leads by example.
