What are my transport and parking options?

  • For all guests who will stay in-house, you can use the Valet car park service @ $30.00 pp, per night of stay.

  • For other attendees, you can use the Wilson Car Park next to the hotel.

From the airport you can catch the Flyer for $12 to Lambton Quay - Cable Car Lane and walk to James Cook Arcade to take the lifts to the Hotel Reception. Alternatively you can take a taxi or shuttle service.

 Is my registration ticket transferable?

  • Yes.  The name on the ticket can be changed up to 7 days prior to the start of the conference.

What is the refund policy?

  • Refunds can be applied for up to 7 days prior to the conference beginning but will not be processed until after the conference is completed.  There are no refunds after the 7 days cut off period.

What will accommodation cost?

  • At the James Cook Grand Chancellor the following options are available.
